So now I have a 350.00 piece of software that doesn't do what it promised. It is now 64 minutes and the "sales specialist" who has explained that I need to buy an internet based software "add-on". But did he come to the phone? No, they sent me instead to a "concierge" who is going to "channel" my call to the correct person and "stay on the line with me" until the matter is resolved. So I waited 35 for minutes for the "specialist" to come onto the phone to tell me about the subscription product. That's all I heard, but no one was sorry enough to fix my problem. I already paid 359.00 for the software to do this function. After an hour, I was told that my software wouldn't do that functionality, but they now had a subscription that would for a mere 420.00 a year. However, it was for making a sales order, would not work for my needs, kept asking me to assign an account number, but there wasn't a place to assign it. After holding 25 minutes, I was told they could email me step by step instructions. The following week, I called again and asked how I can make a work ticket on QuickBook Pro 2017.
It seems everything is going downhill with this company. If you deal with online stuff then you're going to get a chargeback here and there and that's where the trouble starts with this company. If you don't have a lot of chargebacks then Intuit is an Ok service. And on top of that everyone has their own gateway that will process credit card automatically, not Intuit, they are too cheap to put something that will automate everything and save people time and money. Be prepared to sit there watching the arrow go round and round as you manually process credit cards. Not only that, normal credit card processing companies will give your money back immediately after you submit your response to disputes, not Intuit, they will hold your money purposely for over 2 months! They make the excuse, is the period of time the cardholder's bank can redispute the charge, so why can't you just debit the account again if they do, when none of my chargebacks go to a 2nd one because mine are indisputable when it shows clearly the buyer is attempting to commit fraud. Not only that I all the information on some chargebacks which would of won my funds back, but they immediately kicked them back to us with no explanation and refused to resubmit them.
